We're very excited to announce the launch of Webinbox 2.0, an upgraded version of our existing web-based solution. The new & improved Webinbox will provide administrators with an enhanced user experience and give you more control. The new platform will go live on 16th February, 2023 and you can access it via the log-in page on our website from that day forward.
Administrators will no longer have to contact our support team to request custom settings! They will now be able to customise and control a lot of our system settings directly, including adding custom roles with different permissions to suit the needs of their users, adding multiple units to their account to manage users effortlessly, and much more.
Note: This release will not involve any degradation and the current service will not be impacted.
